If you see it, swim to safety in the Seatruck and return when it has passed. However, be warned! The Chelicerate Leviathan inhabits this region and will attack you. You can park here and exit to begin collecting the plentiful Lithium. You will arrive and begin to see small Purple Vents. You will see the type of rock beneath you change, so hug this rock formation that sits between the deeper water to your left. You will need to navigate around the thermal vents, a little to your left, to avoid predators and collisions. Align yourself facing the ladder and continue in this Southeast direction. Continue until you see large, scarred rocks.Ĭlose by you will also see a research dock with a broken, electric wire dangling down. You will pass Creepvine on your way to the edge of the Twisty Bridges. As the game progresses we will need to be more precise in location instructions and your Drop Pod location may vary slightly.įrom here, head two clicks left of South, but not quite Southeast.
You can begin from your Drop Pod, but we will give directions from the original starting location of the game, from the island behind your Drop Pod. This may well include your first encounter with a Leviathan, so you will want to be careful. Lithium can be found in the Purple Vents, located near the Thermal Vents. Plasteel Ingot requires Titanium, an easily-gotten resource located in common Limestone Outcroppings, and Lithium. You can find most all the other metal resources, including Gold and Diamond, rather easily in the Koppa Mining Site. The Prawn Suit requires one Plasteel Ingot, one Power Cell, one Enameled Glass, and one Computer Chip.Īt this point you will have created almost all the required components before, except Plasteel Ingot. Once you have scanned all the fragments, the blueprint will automatically synthesize. You will need to explore the various areas of the mine to scan them. Once inside, you will find several Prawn Suit Fragments have spawned on the levels of the mine.
Subnautica lithium how to#
To find out how to enter the site, check the Finding the Koppa Mining Site page. These are located in the Koppa Mining Site. Not a huge help, but better than nothing.To begin, you will need to find four Prawn Suit Fragments. If you feel the map is a spoiler or you can't run mods, you can use beacons and the pathfinder to navigate without it. It's my time and I don't want to waste it in feeling lost. Keep in mind a lot of people say the map is a game spoiler, but I don't feel that way. After a number of playthroughs I can find most locations just with the compass, but the map has saved me a good amount of frustration.
Subnautica lithium mods#
If you can run mods and you're tired of feeling lost all the time, there's one called Subnautica Map that gives you a map of the crater (game space) with your location. The lifepod nav points you get prompt you to visit the various biomes.
Keep in mind certain unlocks are specific to certain biomes. Mainly it's wrecks and Degasi bases that provide the unlocks you need. You can find a data box in or around a few lifepods so you want to visit them, but that's only a small subset.
You can also find supply containers and fragments randomly scattered in various biomes. Find wrecks with things like data boxes, fragments, and supply containers that you can scan.
